Team days on points
Two to eight teams, and nobody plays anything special: everyone plays their own stableford, and each day the team is scored from its members’ cards under a rule you pick.
- 8+ players
- Own ball
- 2–8 teams
How it’s scored
- Everyone goes out in whatever fourball they like and plays their own stableford off their full handicap.
- On every hole the rule says how many of the team’s cards count: best 1, 2, 3 or 4, the 1-2-3 rotation, or all of them.
- Every rule caps at the cards a team has, so a team of three and a team of four play the same day under the same rule.
- The trip’s standings are the days added up.
Worked · Saturday, best 2 per hole, a team of four against a team of three

- Just roundsStableford, match play, pairs — whatever you like each day. No trip-long team score.
- Ryder CupTwo teams. Every match play, pairs, shamble, mystery player or roulette round is a point for the side that wins it.
- Teams on pointsTwo to eight teams, each scored every day from its members’ own Stableford cards under a rule you pick.
Handicaps
Full course handicap — a team day is read from the ordinary stableford cards, the same points the stableford board shows.

The fine print
Is there a default rule?
No — the rule is yours, and there is no default. The board says how many cards each team is playing.
When does a hole count for the team?
Once every member with a card has scored it, so the total arrives a hole late rather than lurching every time another phone catches up. A team’s four cards can live in four different fourballs.
What kind of trip is it?
Just rounds, a Ryder Cup, or teams on points — chosen when the trip is made and switchable later from Boards on the Leaderboard. The right board goes first on the leaderboard and the right strip on the home screen.
