Blind pairs
Everyone plays their own stableford and nobody knows who they are paired with; afterwards the app draws the field into pairs and adds the two totals.

How it’s scored
- Every player scores an ordinary stableford card off the full handicap.
- After the round the field is drawn into pairs.
- A pair’s score is the two cards added. Highest pair wins.
- The best card of the day can finish second; the second-best can finish last. That is the point.

The fine print
How is the draw made?
Off the round itself, not out of a hat: every phone shows the same pairs with no signal, and there is no stored draw for anybody to pull again after seeing it. The same field in any order draws the same pairs.
Can a player be added later?
The draw is fixed by who is in the round, so adding a player afterwards changes the whole draw. Set the field when the round is made. An odd number is refused before the round exists rather than leaving one man on his own.
Can the two competitions disagree about my card?
No. It is the same card, the same full course handicap and no allowance, so the pair total is the stableford board added in twos.
